Spreading his Gospel, loving his People, caring for his Creation
We believe that the earth and everything in it belongs to God. We are placed on this earth to take care of and nurture it. All of our Bibles for Missions Thrift Stores and their volunteers are encouraged to be “Green for the Gospel”. The goal of each store is to recycle 100% of all the goods that make their way into the store. Our main focus is to repair and resell all the used goods to keep them out of the landfill. 70% to 80% of the donated goods that come into the store are cleaned, repaired and resold. 
The remaining goods that need further repair or that are just too worn out for resale are sent to various recycling outlets in the area. These outlets make rags, quilts and other items to be reused in other forms or fashion.
Our stores are also encouraged to work with other organizations within the community to supply items of clothing and other goods to help promote the love of God to others. We are all called to be good stewards of our time, talent and treasures.
